Lindsay Hooks brings to Cornerstone Advisors’ Technology Solutions and Implementations practice areas wide-ranging experience in EMV issuance, both contact and contactless, including profile and vendor certification and mandate compliance. In her role as a consultant, Lindsay employs her expertise to ensure Cornerstone clients gain consistently successful outcomes on their system implementations.
Lindsay has led cross-functional teams in banking system implementations and conversions for more than 14 years. Before joining Cornerstone, she was a principal implementation consultant at FIS, where she managed implementation projects with a concentration in EFT and ATM solutions for top-tier financial institutions. She also has served as a customer service manager at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati.
Lindsay has a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich.
